Music Ministry

Holy Trinity music ministers have been singing for many years. Alto Diane Gravel has been singing since the 4th grade. Her husband and our parish Pastoral Minister, David Gravel, started singing in earnest at St. Michael's College in Vermont and has been singing ever since.
Edie Hamersma started singing alto with us when she moved here in 2000. Diane and Edie make an unbeatable alto team!
Dan Stack used to be a boy soprano and ever since then, though his vocal part has changed a few octaves, he has been singing.
Joe Ebner lends his wonderful tenor, and his son Sam has recently added his beautiful bass to our choral mix.
Our Director of Music Ministries, Chris Chiasson, provides guidance and direction to our various music ministers accross the parish. Chris holds a degree in vocal performance from Berklee and a Certificate in Liturgy with a music track from the Archdiocese of Boston. She has over two decades of professional and teaching experience and plays and sings at most of our liturgies at all three campuses.
Chris is directing a youth ensenble that is enriching liturgies at Our Lady of Grace, and Dan Cerat and Lisa Hansen are adding their talents during the summer.
The Holy Trinity music ministry demands a substantial commitment of time and talent. The members of the ministry are required to attend rehearsals and strive for musical excellence.
Singers and musicians will be selected through an audition process. New members will be chosen so that their voices/instruments will complement and enrich our liturgies. Members must commit to the weekly rehearsal schedule. In order to ensure a choral/instrumental blend that will enhance our liturgies, members must be present at rehearsal in order to participate the following weekend.
If you would like participate in this ministry, please call the parish office at 536-4700.
